Absolutely happy with the staff since you walk in the receptionist very polite and helpful, with the doctor great experience, very knowledgeable and caring to my kids, the best urgent care you can trust your kids, by the way I have 6 kids and every time I need care for each one of them , PM pediatrics is always available even without appointments. Front desk was quick and helpful. No wait time; however Dr did not thoroughly examined my child. She was very quick and was rushing through him.

The Dr. Showed no interest in my daughters pain. She talked over the nurse when the nurse was talking to my daughter. She was more concerned of getting off the clock then the patients. Nurses on the other hand were really patient and nice.
