The wait was an hour and a half before we even saw a doctor. Once we saw nurse and doctor it was a good experience professional. The wait time was ridiculous and it shouldn’t have been.

Took over two hours just to take a finger x-ray. Then they called me with the results of another patient. Totally incompetent.

I was not happy at all with the receptionist she was very cold and bothered when I asked questions cause she was eating lunch and kept rolling her eyes. She’s not professional at all!!!

We had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour before my daughter was seen by the NP. Other than the receptionist who was trying her best, the rest of the staff was quite rude and dismissive. I won’t be coming back to this office again if I can help it. There are other urgent cares that do a better job of managing and respecting their appointments while communicating in a respectful and caring manner. Waits are sometimes unavoidable but communication can help manage patients’ expectations. Careless team.

The PA rushed my child's exam, and was rough applying the medicine. I always preferred this location for the NP who used to see my children, she was always thorough and gentle with kids, but this new person was rushing everything to the point I felt my child was not cared for.
