Being a healthcare professional myself, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism from each and every staff member we encountered that day. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely kind, and even held our spot for us when the doctor was ready to see my son because he was extremely inconsolable. Staff is friendly. The provider gave a cursory assessment and sent us home with recommendation to use OTC eye drops. After using the drops, my child’s was experiencing pain and sensitivity to light. I called and was told to return. The se one assessment which was more an exercise in liability management than medical care uncovered a small scratch on the eye. Antibiotic drops were prescribed but by that time most pharmacies were closed. I drove 30 minutes to the closest 24 hour pharmacy. I won’t be returning or recommending t... read more
- wait time for an empty office was ridiculous - we waited over an hour even though the check-in said zero wait time - also - advertise that you have x-ray on site but it wasn't available - I would have to go to either Massapequa or Selden which would have been over 40 minutes away - not convenient!
