Being a healthcare professional myself, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism from each and every staff member we encountered that day. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely kind, and even held our spot for us when the doctor was ready to see my son because he was extremely inconsolable. Took over two hours just to take a finger x-ray. Then they called me with the results of another patient. Totally incompetent.
