Ease in making an appointment. We were seen within a reasonable amount of time. Great doctor-she was very patient with our baby who was very wiggly during the exam.

My child got great care, but the online portal is a mess. She has been to this office before and I’ve been able to print documents for my files easily, but this time, her established password didn’t work, and I recreated a password several times and still cannot access her records. It’s a bit frustrating that I cannot access her records.
Did a great job dealing with a difficult situation and maintained both parents and child to remain calm.
