First experience was great. Walked in 2 people at the desk very friendly. Quick easy appointment online. Checked in was seen within 15 minutes. Nurse and Doctor very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely return if needed

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Nurses were pleasant and went above and beyond. The doctor treated my daughter like he has been her dr since birth. The only issue I saw was if I was in there alone with a sick child the phone check in the would have been extremely difficult and annoying. My daughter was 17 so I was able to complete it without her needing to be held.

Staff was great with my special needs son, listened to me about his needs, and remained professional even when he screamed. They offered him juice and pain meds, which also helped, and expedited the visit as much as they could the night before a holiday. Grateful to avoid an ER visit!

The nurse practitioner and the medical assistant were professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. Amazing experience! The front desk person was not friendly or helpful. She was rude and not the type of person that should be the face of such an amazing medical practice.
