My experience was LESS than 1 star! We came in at 9, my daughter could not bare any weight on her foot as she hurt it in a soccer game. We checked in by 9:10 (and paid) and sat there until 9:40/9:45. The receptionist told us that there was no xray tech so we could come back at 11 and ho straight back, no waiting. When I came back at 11 I checked in and we did, in fact, have to wait. Well Im On My Way To The VIRTUA ER The Next Day Visting This Place. The Doctor Was Very Dismissive As Well To Rush Me Out No Test Done And I Had To Get My Own Lollops. I Was Told She Had A Simple Virus. To Wake Up To My Daughter Gargling With Mucus Struggling To Breath. To The Front Staf They Were Kind But Your Doctors Suck I Left A Goggle Review And Wont Be Back!

Have doctors with better bed side manner, understand that they are working with children, and do not dismiss the parents concerns.

NP rushed in the room, had poor bedside manner. Thick accent and spoke very fast and was just overall in a hurry and not in a mood to provide competent care. We’ve visited this location at least 2 other times and had positive experiences. Hoping this experience was a fluke. I did request to s/w practice manager whom called me right away and promised to address my concerns. Worst place ever my 5 year old went in at 10 we came out at 1 and my child had sore throat fever the doctor came in and told us it was appendicitis what!!!!!! I don’t even know if she is a doctor we went to the ER children’s hospital and he had the FLUE this place is horrible if you love your kids don’t bring them here shame on them for making kids go through all this 5 hours and have no care or kindness or compassion shame

What’s the point of having appointments if you have to wait an hour and still get taken in the order you come in? The only saving grace was our physician he was fantastic.
Waited 2 hours despite a reservation, and got the results of the strep test while waiting 45 minutes for a doctor. Luckily I knew the results because the nurse practitioner that came in didn’t directly say what they were.
Awesome experience. The staff was great. Especially Rachel Wilke she was very helpful and good with my son
