The staff helped me and were very kind and pleasant. They made me feel calm and helped my boy Noah get better. They were great with him very attentive to his needs. Thank you

I came in with tm son and daughter (both under 3) after being sick a few days and no tests were done, nothing was checked. Two days later I took them to their regular Pediatrician and they had croup, double ear infections, and RSV. We will never use this urgent care again.

Let’s start here first my appointment was for 210. I sat in the waiting area for an hour and 15 minutes then one once I was in the room I sat for another hour and 15 minutes. So my appointment went almost 3 1/2 hours. And your receptionist needs to do better at her job. Also, a woman came in that didn’t have an appointment had eight people ahead of her and they took her right back. I will not be returning.
