Took my 2 year old in for high fever. Front staff were amazing and quick with check in as a first time. The nurse called us back right away and was very thorough with questions. The doctor was amazing as well, he didn’t rush and took his time with figuring out why my daughter had such high fever. I truly recommend this place!! Everyone were amazing!

We were able to get an appointment right away, the office was clean and the staff (front desk, NP, assistants) were all kind and patient.

Understandably the waiting room packed and wait was long. But I think people should have been given the option to wait in their cars with sick children. Was told by the front desk it would be harder to keep track of patients, but considering there were no seats available a many sick children thought that would be the best option for everyone.

LOVEDDD the doctor we had, only doctor i’ve ever had at PM pediatrics that’s REALLY knew how to work with kids. my daughter always cries at doctors and she didn’t cry once with him in the room
