So far, 2024 has been filled with multiple ailments for both my sons. PM pediatrics evening and weekend hours are so helpful in our getting the support we need, when we need it.

Wait time was not bad Considering we were walk ins with a handful of people ahead of us. They let us wait in the car and called us when it was our turn. Dr. Chris came in and treated my baby in a timely fashion. Staff was kind. Thank you for your services :)

Took our daughter here tonight because she is struggling to breathe. When I walked in one person was sitting with her feet up on the desk. I didn’t have the copay upfront so I asked to be billed and she told me they don’t do that?! We didn’t go there for a minor thing and they refused to see my daughter. I will NEVER use PM pediatrics again. I had to drive 30 minutes to the ER and now we are stuck in the waiting room and my daughter is struggling to breath! If I could give zero stars I would 🤬

Thoroughly examining a patient. My 1.5 year old went home, her breathing got worse, her fever spiked to 102.9, and she became lethargic after the provider who saw her today ran no tests & said it was “viral”. My daughter is now worse than she was before we went to PM pediatrics.

I took my soon to be 10 year old son to urgent care as he had a fever. He has not been well for almost 7 days. Check in was pretty quick. The doctor checked him for flu which was negative. Then was hesitant to run more test. They didn't even prescribed him motrin though I overheard other patient being told what to take. I was disappointed because my co-pay is $75 and with a fever of 100, nothing was prescribed. I asked if I should check out at the front desk and was told yes.
