Loved the tele health option on arrival. Staff was pleasant and thorough. All updates were very timely and medication needs expedited well. BRAVO!!

Wait time was not bad Considering we were walk ins with a handful of people ahead of us. They let us wait in the car and called us when it was our turn. Dr. Chris came in and treated my baby in a timely fashion. Staff was kind. Thank you for your services :)

Patients that arrived after my daughter were seen first. Physician didn't seem very knowledgeable and attentive. My daughter felt physician was dismissive and not thorough. The nurse was very attentive and hospitable. I ended up having to seek care at emergency room.

I was charged a visit to just be told there was nothing you could do. I understand my child was seen but it’s a bit ridiculous I spent more time with the receptionist checking in then the time spent by the PA viewing my son and paying the price for a full visit

The doctor barely examined my daughter Her foot was injured and he just looked at it and then said we’ll take an x-ray Was not very thorough Staff was was nice

Took our daughter here tonight because she is struggling to breathe. When I walked in one person was sitting with her feet up on the desk. I didn’t have the copay upfront so I asked to be billed and she told me they don’t do that?! We didn’t go there for a minor thing and they refused to see my daughter. I will NEVER use PM pediatrics again. I had to drive 30 minutes to the ER and now we are stuck in the waiting room and my daughter is struggling to breath! If I could give zero stars I would 🤬
