Place was empty. Now I know why. I will never return to this facility nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. No help at all. Not welcoming or knowledgeable. Basically was sent away after being charged for nothing.

I went with my daughter because of a throat infection, with visible white patches on her tonsils, a fever for 5 days, and she was taking an antibiotic that wasn't working. And yet they told me it was viral and that I needed to see a pediatrician! In short, it was a rip-off for the insurance company because they didn't offer any solution! I didn't like it at all! First time and I'm never going back.

I was very surprised that children were throwing up and no one was cleaning it. The area for waiting was filthy. Not a good feeling.

Hire a new front desk person that can manage people coming to your place of business with serious concerns. Valeria your front desk person told me that my 13 year old son did not look like he was in pain and would provide Tylenol ibuprofen to him cause the check in process that we were having a hard time completing on our phones was not uploaded to her system. The doctor gave us an incorrect prescription dose. Have them do it correctly. There was so much work after.

Observation was 5 minutes and nurse was rushing us to finish. We had questions and she was irritable to answer them.

We took our son here over the weekend because he hit his head very hard on concrete. The team was wonderful as usual BUT they informed me that they cannot do X-rays above the neck because they lack the equipment. I wish that was more clear on the website before we went to UC and spent the $50 copay - I would have taken him straight to the ER if I had known this in advance. Please update your website since it says treatment of concussions and X-rays are available - this can be misleading. Otherwise great visit.
Yesterday may 4th and because my daughter been coughing a lot, and she have a very bad allergy. Everything was fine till I met the doctor . I told the doctor what’s going on with my daughter he didn’t let me finish what I want to tell him. I told him my daughter cannot breathe at night at night. He said there is nothing wrong with my daughter. She’s faking it and he got her a bottle of water to drink. He said that she needs to drink more water. Money hungry. Daughter has fever and ear ache. I’m no doctor but I knew it was ear infection. They said they saw fluid in ear but no infection. I called and said she needs antibiotics but they said they can’t prescribe. And I’m like how when you said fluid could turn into infection. I have a 3 year hysterical and can’t take the pain.
