I went with my daughter because of a throat infection, with visible white patches on her tonsils, a fever for 5 days, and she was taking an antibiotic that wasn't working. And yet they told me it was viral and that I needed to see a pediatrician! In short, it was a rip-off for the insurance company because they didn't offer any solution! I didn't like it at all! First time and I'm never going back.

I was very surprised that children were throwing up and no one was cleaning it. The area for waiting was filthy. Not a good feeling.

Hire a new front desk person that can manage people coming to your place of business with serious concerns. Valeria your front desk person told me that my 13 year old son did not look like he was in pain and would provide Tylenol ibuprofen to him cause the check in process that we were having a hard time completing on our phones was not uploaded to her system.
