Had an appointment scheduled for 8:15pm, got there at 8:10 and told me it would be a 90 minute wait. Why am I making an appointment if walk ins are getting priority? Ridiculous.

I couldn’t bring my daughter in for an X-ray because no one was there to do it. When I asked if I could make an appointment for the next day they told me to do it online even though I was on the phone with an actual person

Went there 2 hours before closing and they said they could not see my son because they were at capacity but there was only 1 other child there. This happened twice. Front desk staff are unprofessional. Doctor’s are okay.

A medical office should be discrete. Although my first visit with my son was awesome with a different doctor and staff this time around with my daughter wasn’t the same experience. We had an appointment and when we arrived no one was there we were taken back to the room in a timely fashion however waited for a long period in the room while staff gossiped about other patients loudly which is extremely unprofessional and against HIPAA privacy regulations.The doctor my child seen wasn’t very good at all after a long wait she ba... read more
