We visited PM Urgent Care last Saturday with my two year old and had a great experience. We expected to be there all day, but were in and out in about an hour with a diagnosis and prescription. Nurse and doctor were kind and thorough despite keeping a fast-paced schedule.

I think the biggest problem is being understaffed. I was there for TWO HOURS last night. I made an appt for 7:15 and was there until 9:30. That’s unacceptable and not at all the staff’s fault. That’s bad ownership and management. You have unrealistic expectations of your providers and nurses.

I try over and over again to give this place a chance and every time is a waste of time when seeking medical help for your child it just turns into a conversation your kid looks good and out the door you go. Have to end up going somewhere else for treatment.

Front desk questioned why I didn’t want the visit to go to his pediatrician. Coming in with cold/flu like symptoms Dr. Payne stated the baby next to us had tested positive for RSV. Diagnosed with a cold. Never swabbed for anything. Swabbed this morning my poor bay had the flu.

went to the pm pediatric tonight with daughter , they are in my plan and I have a $50 co pay ... sharmain the lady at front desk charge me $145 just for the visit... I explained it should only be a $50 co pay , .. I had my health ins rep call and talk to her on phone and fax over my cover plan... she still charge and said it was PM pediatric policy to charge everyone a fate rate of $145 and it was my job to call.billing for a reimbursement. spoke with another nurse here named Taylor and she stated the same thing.

Very dismissive visit, I get it was late but it was just not nice in the beginning luckily it ended better than I thought. But very rushed, rude tone and it just sucks because when you are tired and your child is sick you become vulnerable. But Dr. was right viral stomach flu but my kid got it with very sharp pain. If it wasn’t for the pain we would have not gone!
