Very dismissive visit, I get it was late but it was just not nice in the beginning luckily it ended better than I thought. But very rushed, rude tone and it just sucks because when you are tired and your child is sick you become vulnerable. But Dr. was right viral stomach flu but my kid got it with very sharp pain. If it wasn’t for the pain we would have not gone!

I think that the lack of language makes it more difficult for them to understand me, they attended to others than my daughter.

The doctor was so nice and attentive to my son and his needs but the smell at the clinic is horrible

Felt completely dismissed. Had to ask the provider to look in my daughter's throat; she wasn't even going to do a complete exam. Very unhappy with this experience.

We usually never wait long, but I forgot to make an appointment after picking my daughter up from school...2.5 hours later we were seen by the nurse, but still waiting for the doctor/np to come in. Never again will I not make an appointment. Ended up at ER next day thinking appendix but thankfully it was just a cyst.

The wait was ridiculously long to where we had to leave. There were people without appointments being called back before my child.

We waited for 2.5 hours with an appointment with no updates provided to us from the staff. When the provider entered the room, she did not try to understand my son’s history, she didn’t listen to my concerns. It was clear that the staff were just trying to finish for the evening. My son’s appointment was at 8:30 and he was not seen until 11 by the provider. paper work is not user friendly. same questions if the patient has already account can the front desk just update what is needed to update, like insurance.

I took my daughter in because she had a white two spots on her gums, me thinking it’s where she hit her mouth on something, plus been having a fever and not really having a appetite and also waking up out of her sleep crying for two days. The doctor told me is nothing to be worried about it’s just a little sore because she hit her mouth turns out she has sores all in her throat from a virus after taking her to the ER the next day.
