I’ve been to the Glen Burnie location several times and have never waited long, everyone is always friendly. I will say this past visit Wednesday evening was the very best experience. From the front desk to seeing Dr Brennen. Staff was so friendly and patient with myself and my sick son.

The signing in progress when you first come in was a little difficult. ( could have been my signal on my phone) otherwise everyone was nice and once we was in finished quickly.

We visited PM Urgent Care last Saturday with my two year old and had a great experience. We expected to be there all day, but were in and out in about an hour with a diagnosis and prescription. Nurse and doctor were kind and thorough despite keeping a fast-paced schedule.

went to the pm pediatric tonight with daughter , they are in my plan and I have a $50 co pay ... sharmain the lady at front desk charge me $145 just for the visit... I explained it should only be a $50 co pay , .. I had my health ins rep call and talk to her on phone and fax over my cover plan... she still charge and said it was PM pediatric policy to charge everyone a fate rate of $145 and it was my job to call.billing for a reimbursement. spoke with another nurse here named Taylor and she stated the same thing.
