PM Pediatric Care came to life in 2005, when Dr. Jeffrey Schor and Steven Katz — college roommates who went on to pursue careers in medicine and business — wanted to create an alternative to the emergency department and a friendly environment designed exclusively for children and young adults. Since then, PM Pediatric Care has expanded across the country with the mission to improve healthcare access, quality, and service. We waited for 2.5 hours with an appointment with no updates provided to us from the staff. When the provider entered the room, she did not try to understand my son’s history, she didn’t listen to my concerns. It was clear that the staff were just trying to finish for the evening. My son’s appointment was at 8:30 and he was not seen until 11 by the provider. We were in an exam room the entire time, no one checked on us until I told them I was just going to take my son home, then the provider came in. I waiting 2.5 hours for 5... read more
paper work is not user friendly. same questions if the patient has already account can the front desk just update what is needed to update, like insurance.
I took my daughter in because she had a white two spots on her gums, me thinking it’s where she hit her mouth on something, plus been having a fever and not really having a appetite and also waking up out of her sleep crying for two days. The doctor told me is nothing to be worried about it’s just a little sore because she hit her mouth turns out she has sores all in her throat from a virus after taking her to the ER the next day.
Doctors are not personable at all, they barely look at your child now & say oh it’s just a little cold, then you go elsewhere and find out it’s something that actually needed treatment. Doctors seem like they really don’t want to be there & most of the other staff as well, it’s truly sad!
Unfortunately I think my experience would have to be a little more sincere with their clients because I arrived asking if they could remove a nail from my toe and they told me that if already when I pay and enter they already told me that no that I had to go with a specialist they only lied to me
Horrible receptionists and poorly done triage...inexperienced doctors, been let down twice, won't be returning, last time told me my son didn't have any ear infections, 2 days later after the fever worsening the hospital said his ears were really bad. The medical providers seem to be only about their paycheck and dismissing you! I recommend taking your child anywhere else but here!
