I made an appointment. When I came in 15min before my time I was greeted and told I’d be in a room soon. After waiting 15mins past my appointment time I noticed a sign get put up that there was a 2hr wait and appointments are an hour behind. Nobody told me this when checking in, it would have been nice to know. I get back to a room and the lady who did my son’s vitals was super nice and accommodating. She offered me a video visit with a doc but would be able to do my son’s testing and anything else needed vs me waiting for t... read more

Everybody was amazing with my grandson. The only thing I didn't like was that you have to scan in with your phone. My husband had to do it. Mine wouldn't scan. What would've happened if my husband wasn't there? Also, it's so blah. Human interaction is so much better in places like this. Other than that issue, we're so glad we chose y'all to see my grandson. Thank you for being efficient & so kind to him.
