We were seen quickly. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain things, as well as listen to our concerns. Excellent bed side manner. My child was well taken care of.

We waited for an hour before we were even seen. Never saw a doctor just a nurse. They gave my son medicine which he immediately threw up so it was a pointless trip.

Stuff was nice and welcoming! But the experience in general was not as it should be. We waited almost 40 minutes after got inside to see the doc (given in fact we are in emergency condition) and the diagnosis didn't provide much clarity or helpful guidance. The doctor basically suggested what I was already doing - giving my son Tylenol or Ibuprofen. No clear treatment plan or next steps were provided. We came in Sunday morning with our 6 month old baby who hasn’t been able to keep food down for the past 2 days. You can imagine how restless we were feeling at this point. I already left a google review. Nurse was extremely rough with my kids nose swab. Only to find out we won’t get results back until 48 hours… instead of 24 hours like the doctor has first said. Won’t be recommending this place.
