Stuff was nice and welcoming! But the experience in general was not as it should be. We waited almost 40 minutes after got inside to see the doc (given in fact we are in emergency condition) and the diagnosis didn't provide much clarity or helpful guidance. The doctor basically suggested what I was already doing - giving my son Tylenol or Ibuprofen. No clear treatment plan or next steps were provided. We came in Sunday morning with our 6 month old baby who hasn’t been able to keep food down for the past 2 days. You can imagine how restless we were feeling at this point. The nurses were very pleasant however the doctor made us feel extremely rushed & that he had more important things to do. I already left a google review. Nurse was extremely rough with my kids nose swab. Only to find out we won’t get results back until 48 hours… instead of 24 hours like the doctor has first said. Won’t be recommending this place.

This is my 1st visit at this location and I was very disappointed. The check in process was very smooth. But the provider ( Bonner, PA) was unprofessional. She made the visit very uncomfortable and did not seem very confident when letting me know what was going on with my child. I would NOT recommend her at all. Choose another location if possible.
