We were seen quickly. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain things, as well as listen to our concerns. Excellent bed side manner. My child was well taken care of.

We can start by asking the gym next door to move their heavy weights to the middle of their space so it doesn’t sound like the stampede from Jumanji about to come crashing through the walls of my child’s appointment. Stuff was nice and welcoming! But the experience in general was not as it should be. We waited almost 40 minutes after got inside to see the doc (given in fact we are in emergency condition) and the diagnosis didn't provide much clarity or helpful guidance. The doctor basically suggested what I was already doing - giving my son Tylenol or Ibuprofen. No clear treatment plan or next steps were provided. My son is still not feeling well, and now my daughter has fallen ill too. Got wait until Monday to see their doctor. Frankly ... read more

We came in Sunday morning with our 6 month old baby who hasn’t been able to keep food down for the past 2 days. You can imagine how restless we were feeling at this point. The nurses were very pleasant however the doctor made us feel extremely rushed & that he had more important things to do.
