After my online diagnosis, PocketPills Pharmacy immediately followed up with me over the phone. The pharmacist was very courteous and professional, provided helpful information, and answered all of my questions. He also explained how the recommended medication could be delivered quickly (and at no cost) to my home address. I was also very pleased that my prescription arrived (via Fedex) within the estimated timeframe.
Very helpful staff
It was super easy and loved not having to go into a store and wait or go back and pickup. The only feedback I have is that I would have like to have access the Counselling information for my prescription in the app. I don’t want the print out you usually get with a prescription, just be able to go on the app, loookup my RX and have an option to see some counselling notes.
I really like this service, but the delivery person dropped the prescription off at the wrong house which seems like a big error. At least my neighbours now me and dropped it off.
I'll preface this by saying that I'm a pharmacist with 12 years' experience (previously in retail... Now in hospital). I was thrilled with the level of service and how easy it was for me to fill my prescription and have it delivered to my door! I was happy with the phone follow-up and opportunity to text questions (obviously important for patient care!) Great service, reasonable pricing!
Super fast, pharmacist was incredibly friendly and professional - I called back a few days after with some questions and she was again very kind and helpful. Delivery was fast, exactly what was prescribed.
