Talking to the pharmacists and especially being able to do so over SMS or email is fantastic as often times I don’t need an immediate reply or just have a quick question I may be thinking of in the middle of the night and want to send it off without needing to remember to call later, etc. I absolutely love the communication methods available and everyone I’ve talked to so far has been exceptional.
