They were quick and very polite. I thought I wouldn’t get to talk to a real person right away but they were ready and very efficient. Highly recommend.
Talking to the pharmacists and especially being able to do so over SMS or email is fantastic as often times I don’t need an immediate reply or just have a quick question I may be thinking of in the middle of the night and want to send it off without needing to remember to call later, etc. I absolutely love the communication methods available and everyone I’ve talked to so far has been exceptional.
