Excellent concept. Customer service responsive. Two Big Issues: There is gap between what your pharmacists commit to and what your system actually does. Pharmacist suggested—and committed to—dosage time of 0900AM. Your system can only do 0730AM and 0800 AM, which we discovered after having received the packs and after having called you for clarification. As your entire value proposition has to do with logistics, these are big issues with your system and in training your pharmacists to know your system’s functionality.

They always let me know when I need to refill, and its through text/phone which is super convenient! (Staff is also very nice)

Everything was great. Questions were answered promptly. Shipment arrived in record time. The only issue I had was one of my boxes of pills was missing 2 of the 4 pills that was supposed to be in it but 2 missing pills is an easy mistake to make and not worth complaining about unless it happens regularly and I am pretty sure it doesn't. Overall very happy with the service and I will be a regular repeat customer

I recently moved, and had to change pharmacies. After their failure to get the first refill right, I decided to try something a bit different.
