Exceptionally responsive, professional and friendly Customer Service assistance from the whole team. I had a bit of a complicated start with a new medication that needed Pharmacare approval and PocketPills made the whole experience very pleasant. I liked being able to interact with CSG via text.
So far so good!
The experience was great, super easy and intuitive. My only note would be that the iOS app doesn’t show some information that the browser does, for example my prescriptions. My prescription appears in my browser but not in my iOS app. Additionally it would be nice to opt for being notified about my delivery through the app instead of by mail for example.
