Really great experience and customer service.
I feel i will never really run out of my meds, somebody else looks after how many pills i have left and tells me my refill is do. 1 less thing for me to do in this busy life but i stay healthy. Prompt response to text. No unnecessary communication. Love it!

I really like having my prescription mailed to my door! My only criticism was on the Vitamin package. Having each day individually wrapped consumes a LOT of plastic, so I won't be using that service again.
The doctor phoned right away and you sent the prescription right away. It was great. We live in Enderby and my Doc. Is in Vernon and it takes at least a week to get in to see her an then have to drive 40 mikes each way…this was so easy and I got the prescription in 3 days…it was great.
Customer assistance was above and beyond. My medication and all acceptable substitutes are on back order for several weeks. The pharmacist helped me find an alternative and faxed my doctor to get it approved. My previous pharmacy didn’t even look for acceptable substitutes or offer any advice at all.
Couldn’t love the service and follow up more! So thorough, kind and personable - highly recommend!!
