As a first-time user of PocketPills, the experience is super simple and the customer service has been quick and great once I was able to connect! Overall, It saves me time from having to physically go into a pharmacy to get my prescription when it's all done online and delivered quickly. Interacting with a pharmacist through the phone was informative and pleasant, especially during this pandemic-filled time, it's much safer than walking into a drug store.

I'm so happy I found PocketPills. I was spending $20 a month on my prescription, but now that I'm using a mail-order pharmacy, my insurance covers 100% – that's $240 in my pocket every year!
