Everything was perfect Pharmacists were awesome Teledoctor was helpful and awesome
I was disappointed that I could not order Preservative-Free Cosopt eye drops and had to go to another pharmacy. You told me the preservative-free was discontinued. The other clinics hadn't heard that. So not sure what to think about that.

Overall I am pleased. I am enjoying the pill packs very much. The people I have spoken to have all been great, kind and caring people. If I do have a complaint it's that the start up was rough. There was confusion in the initial coordination of my medication. I was constantly receiving calls from folks asking me the exact same questions, and it became rather annoying and frustrating. Like I said, other than this, it has been good.
The ordering experience was quick and easy. Had a bit of a problem with a missed delivery, however the issue was rectified and my package was delivered within 24 hours
