So convenient, and amazingly friendly employees! Every person I interacted with throughout the process of securing my first prescription was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. The experience was so smooth and also very fast. Love it, and won’t be going back to regular pharmacy life!

Wish I automatically received the PocketPacks but beyond that, working with customer service over chat was great. App needs to be improved however. Can only login using cellphone number which forces creation of another profile. Need to add Google Account login, like the browser version has implemented.
