Everything was stress free from first contact to receiving my birth control!! I was worried since this was my first time getting birth control in Canada, but Karen assisted me on the phone and answered all my questions and concerns. I am happy that my pills arrived on time because I almost run out of them.
The experience initially had hiccups, but customer relations is responsive, and gives the impression that they really do appreciate constructive feedback and are trying to improve. Director of operations, Rohit, called me directly after receiving mediocre review of experience, and actually solicited input for improvement. It was a surprisingly constructive exchange. I was assured pocket pills takes the growing pains very seriously and showed a genuine commitment to ironing things out for future.

This service has pros and cons. Actually getting the prescription ordered is far more cumbersome than necessary. There’s no point uploading a photo of your prescription, it doesn’t actually benefit the process. You have to fax it in or mail it. Definitely don’t order meds from here if you need them quickly, but for routine meds you know you will need all the time it’s okay. The doctor service part is really good though!
The process was simple, delivery was quick from time of request, and claimsecure used to cover the rest of the prescription.
