The constant texting with pharmacists is irritating. I assume it's on your roadmap to move this onto in-app chat? Otherwise delighted with speed of service and price!
There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication while getting my account and prescriptions set up. I was asked for a list of my allergies and sent it only to have someone asking my naturopath for the same. Had to speak to someone online about it and then email. It was suggested I be home to receive my prescriptions, which is understandable yet I was outside in my garage and the delivery person didn’t call out to me that the prescriptions had arrived. Very easy to communicate with and easy of completion
With Covid restrictions, access to your doctor for refills can be delayed, waiting for a pharmacy who may or may not have faxed a request that the office may or may not receive, can be a headache. Pocketpills sends texts with details, and very friendly and eager to help. Very rapid replies to process and questions.
