Helpful and timely service! Only thing I didnt love was that I didnt have a choice of twhen the doctor would call. Also they called on a different day than I was told to expect. Fortunately I was free and it all worked out. I can't remember who I was assisted by.

Great customer service
Great experience and customer service! PocketPills was very convenient, and I received my medications very quickly. The only issue I had was with delivery - my package was delivered, but I wasn't notified. Therefore, my medication which needs to stay cool, stayed outside in the heat for the majority of the day. However, I think that is probably the fault of the delivery service rather than PocketPills.
PocketPills is awesome! My sister introduced me to them and I was not so sure about the service at first but decided to give it a shot since she had a positive experience. The sign up process is so simple, their app is convenient and easy to use, and I could not believe they offer FREE express shipping! Literally got my refill the next day!! I am so happy with my experience and I certainly recommend more people to try PocketPills as well :)
I wish there were morning time slots available to speak with doctors. a lot of the timeframes are after 3pm
