Set-up was easy. The transition of info from my former pharmacy was seamless. Correspondence from PP was immediate, helpful and accurate. Communication about deliveries have been clear and abundant. Thank-you!

Delivered my first prescription on time. Tracking link provided was a little odd as it showed the wrong delivery address, but the customer service rep was able to deal with the issue no problem

I was happy with the service, the review & the process. It was a little confusing when it came time to pay my portion, but I think I have that sorted out now. The confusion led to almost a delay, but in the end it worked out. Happy to have saved some money!

It was fast service, but the prescriptions I transferred had refills, and I had to call and email to get them refilled as their system said 0 remaining

Pocketpills has really taken the anxiety out of my prescriptions process. All staff have been extremely kind, shipping is fast and communication regarding orders is really clear. I'm really enjoying the personalized vitamin packs provided as well!
