Professional, great customer service
I love this service. My prescription automatically shows up in my mailbox about a week prior to when it’s due to be refilled. Takes the risk of forgetting to reorder away. Even when there was an emergency, PocketPills couriered the prescription on the same day! Love it!

I had a problem with the delivery of my medications so when I received a form from them asking for my evaluation, I indicated that I was not pleased. I then received a call from one of their representatives who apologized for the incident and told me that they were taking the appropriate steps to ensure that it did not happen again. I was surprised to receive the call but I thanked the person for responding to my complaint in a fast and courteous manner. I was pleased with their response.
