Well at first i was a little disappointed, frustrated with the process after an agent contacted me and explained stuff it started getting better have now received two orders and no problems delivering to my work. The only concern there was i hope the delivery person actually gave it to a service employee and not left it on the ground because they sent me a delivery picture of the window and no parcel there maybe next time they could just get employee's name and email me that would be great!
