Service at my local pharmacy has really declined over the last few months. I’m sure Covid and job burnout is a huge factor. That doesn’t help me when I need my medication though so I signed sup for Pocket Pills and I’ve had better customer service over the last two weeks than I’ve had at my brick and mortar pharmacy over the last ten years. What a huge relief.
