Everything was fantastic. I hate using the “big” pharmacy- the wait, the bureaucratic hassle. Pocketpills is the exact opposite. I like the way I can access my receipts, scripts, and remaining refills all from the app.

I had a very bumpy onboarding process. I started on Monday morning at 9:30 AM to onbaord form my previous company and although I did receive my medications by the end of the week before I run out, it was stressful because I was not sure if it was going to happen. But yet, a request from my husband to add vitamins to his pill packs managed to be sent out within 24 hours by themselves and not in the pill packs as requested.
