Polaris 360 much better than RayVac. Bought this product to replace a Jandy RayVac that had become troublesome in recent months. As a side note Zodiac purchased Polaris and Jandy, they have discontinued the RayVac. The Polaris 360 is a direct replacement. The unit has been in the pool about a month. Very pleased with performance. It performs much better than the RayVac as far as covering the entire pool. I have a deep end of 8 feet and shallow end of 3.5 feet. A must have pool necessity! My second Polaris. Saves time and money. I used to spend the first 30 minutes cleaning the pool every time I wanted to use it. Now the kids and I can just jump right in. Spreads chemicals evenly throughout the entire volume of the water saving unecessary extra chemicals. I simply wouldn't have a pool without it!
Great value for the money. Very thorough and easy to use. For almost 14 years, I'd used a RayVac as a pool cleaner, but then I couldn't buy a new one as they were no longer made. So, I looked around for a pool cleaner as trouble-free and effective as the RayVac. Very good product and works well in odd shaped pool. Works well but does not climb to the top step. If you have too much presure then it climbs the side too fast and sprays out to much. Still it is no problem to sweep just the top step.
Great product at a very good price. The pool cleaner works great, easy set up, and came with everything you need to get cleaning, even came with a $50 rebate, cant beat that.
