I have only used our new Polaris 3900 Sport for a month but it is doing fabulous! Our pool cleaners like the work it is doing too.

I like the double pouch bag, however, when it gets about 1/4 of the way full, the Polaris starts rolling on his back wheels with the front up in the air. It's like there's too much weight behind it.

We have a tip that can help with the bag: We recommend emptying your bag once it's halfway full to prevent tipping, and even sooner if you have heavier debris. To make this process a bit more convenient, we recommend you keep two bags on hand to alternate them out. That way, you can leave one bag out to dry and very easily empty the debris once it has dried.
