Good so far. Concerned about zipper function on bag. Previous model had Velcro which is easy to work with

It does an amazing job cleaning our pool, we have an inground 24000 pool, and when we bought it our pool was a mess, within a few hours the pool was completely clean!

We love it. This is our second 3900; while we had the first one in maintenance and found out that it was better to buy a new one, we badly missed our polaris cleaner. It works superbly!!!

The problem starts malfunctioning when the bag is only partially full I also think the colour black was not the right choice

I am not impressed with the cleaner. Some times it stops at the corner and doesn't move and I have to push it to start moving again. Also I never saw tail moving and doing anything. I was expecting better product that costs around $900

It seems to be a good cleaner but the hose keeps getting twisted and I have to straighten it out everyday.
