Very good, easy to install and adjust. The bag is not the best design, it is hard to see how full it is and to empty. Otherwise the unit is excellent. Have used it approximately six months so have no idea about the expected life.

Works great. Much better than the older models.
I installed the 3900 the day we received it without reading all the directions and it didn't work well, so I took out the directions and read them cover to cover and also looked on YouTube video to watch the company sponsored instructions (which were very explicit). I set it up using the directions and it worked perfectly, it has saved us many hours of cleaning and we are very happy with it.
