    Purchased this overpriced $975 pool cleaner and it is not doing the job properly. Returned it to Leslie pool supplies. Don'twaste your time and money, you'llget stuck..

    Having new cleaner for couple of weeks and noticed crack in gray collar. And that crack rubbed bag and caused hole. Warranty covered the collar but not the bag. Spending that much money and a couple of weeks having to buy new bag. Now wondering what else will happen on new purchase.

    The cleaner just goes in circles. Does not pick anything up. Pool guy came out and he could not get it to work either. So now my brand new cleaner is being worked on at Leslie’s. Will not be ready till next week. Hopefully! We have been without a working cleaner for 4 weeks now. Not a happy customer

    After about 10 days it stopped working.

    My 3900 unit didn’t work right, And I couldn’t return it with 3 days from purchase date. Leslie’s Pool supplies did not have a certified technician to fix the unit. I paid $1000.00 for a bad unit that does not work properly. So, in short!!!! Your product sucks and your Customers Services are horrible…

    Does not clean my all pool . Keeps in going in a circle . My old polaris with the track was a champion compare to this one
