The service was great , I can’t remember the name I spoke with but he was very helpful for my Brand new Polaris PS 39 . It was not going around my pool. He said to take it back to my Polaris dealer Leslie Dripping Springs Tx and my guy said looked and he saw the problem was simple! He said it was a Fri manufacted Polaris. Tge Return Ball was put on upside down. Check you Manufacture Quality Control Thanks alls well here. R Cooke.

The unit works great so far. However, the rebate amount that we were told that we would receive from the store manager at the time of purchase I is not the same amount notified that we would get. That is why the rating is not 5 star

Band new out of the box 3900 Sport. No matter how I adjusted the thrust jet and floats, it continued to run nose up (would not run w/ all 3 wheels in contact with the pool bottom). When looking at the 3 venturi jets, the front one was not spraying as hard as the other 2. I disassembled and found a small piece if plastic in that jet (don't know if its was a remnant of the mfg process??) but cleared it and now it's running as expected. Disappointed in QA but like the 3900 overall.
