The problem starts malfunctioning when the bag is only partially full I also think the colour black was not the right choice

I am not impressed with the cleaner. Some times it stops at the corner and doesn't move and I have to push it to start moving again. Also I never saw tail moving and doing anything. I was expecting better product that costs around $900

It seems to be a good cleaner but the hose keeps getting twisted and I have to straighten it out everyday.

This is a replacement for the first Polaris we bought on eBay as a trial. Having bought this house with Polaris already installed, and having experience with other brands of pool equipment, it’s frustrating that hose continues to wind itself up in a knot. I thought the new one wouldn’t knot up like the used one. If no one is home while it’s running, it just sits in one spot.

We have used a polaris cleaner in the last 2 pools we have had. We are enjoying the brand new one in our re-plastered pool. Excellent pick up of debris

So easy to assemble. Hose doesn't get twisted. Bigger bag - when full of leaves, this model doesn't slow down! Ours works great and we didn't need to purchase the power booster!

Just got the cleaner a couple weeks ago, so far so good, does a good job picking up all debris including sand particles. I would definitely recommend this cleaner.
