This is a really amazing cleaner. The only thing I wish it had at this price point was a timer on the control box and a smartphone app. As for the cleaner itself, it works well in my pool. In fact it’s never been cleaner.

Really like the filter options that you provide. I purchased the Ultra Fine filter and it picks up the fine sand that gets into my pull. It does a great job cleaning!

Just tried it for the first time yesterday (02/25/2022), and was very pleased with the results. It didn't get the pool completely clean, but i know it will satisfy our needs.

Doesn’t climb the pool wall

Hi Phillip, We’re sorry your 7240 isn’t climbing the walls. It may be the case that the filter canister is full or dirty. Try cleaning the filter canister thoroughly. Another issue could be that the walls are slippery. Although the water seems clear, microscopic algae, invisible to the human eye, may be present in the pool. As a result, the pool sides become slippery and prevent the cleaner from climbing. Check tracks for wear and replace as necessary.
