Really like the filter options that you provide. I purchased the Ultra Fine filter and it picks up the fine sand that gets into my pull. It does a great job cleaning!

Doesn’t climb the pool wall

Hi Phillip, We’re sorry your 7240 isn’t climbing the walls. It may be the case that the filter canister is full or dirty. Try cleaning the filter canister thoroughly. Another issue could be that the walls are slippery. Although the water seems clear, microscopic algae, invisible to the human eye, may be present in the pool. As a result, the pool sides become slippery and prevent the cleaner from climbing. Check tracks for wear and replace as necessary. It's a great sweeper, just a few minor problems, the cord getting wrapped around my bar stools, and it gets hung up on the ledge where the bar stools are. All in all I like it and would buy it again.

Just purchased our Polaris 7240 sport for a local pool store. My daughter had purchased a Polaris with 3 different cycles. I thought I was buying the same one. But this unit is wonderful. But I can't find how long the cycle is on this unit.
