I absolutely love this vacuum it does an amazing job and climbs the walls of our in ground pool as well. Pump turns on and all the work is done. If you have dogs like mine that love the pool this is an excellent purchase but if your dogs get too much sand in the pool because I live in Florida you may have to manually vacuum out big piles of it because I think the sand makes the internal parts lock up but once I got rid of the big piles the vacuum took care of all the rest of it.
