I had to replace my older pool cleaner with the Polaris Atlas XT Pool Cleaner which so far has been working excellent. It climbs the pool walls effortlessly and does a great job cleaning up the pool. I recommend this pool cleaner.Â

My pool is in full sun and backs up to miles of open nature. Wind is common so debris is always incoming. Before i got this unit i would spend hours fighting a losing battle with my other cleaner. The Polaris Atlas has made my pool spotless and takes me no time at all besides brushing steps and tops of walls. This is a well thought out design. 10 stars if it were possible.Â
Works as described. Cleans wonderfully and climbs the wall to clean (once you get the suction level right) and hose never binds since the polaris has a swivel connection (at the top of cleaner connecting the hose)Â
This is the second one we have had. Bought our first one in April of 2020. Lasted 5 years had replaced minor parts, but the transmission was shot this time so replaced itÂ
I love that it's constantly moving. I had this suction type prior to this, and your unit is far superior we're picking up leaves etc.Â
This pool cleaner just flat-out WORKS! Easy to set up, this thing cleans AND scrubs everything - all the way up to the waterline. The only thing it can't handle are steps, but it just turns around at the top of the first step; it doesn't get stuck. That was a known and acceptable "limitation" before purchase. Because I use an in-wall dedicated suction connection point (not the skimmer), I also chose to install the Polaris Cyclonic XL Leaf Catcher in-line with the suction hose just prior to the wall connection.
