I just want to say a huge thank you, your company is amazing. I built my pool with Anthony and Sylvan and as part of the package, received a Polaris 360. Since I've had it (two years), I have had nothing but trouble and had it repaired by a dealer and such (won't bore you with the details). My in ground pool was installed in 2014 & my contractor suggested Polaris, I love it, wonderful product & easy to use!

We have one that we got from eBay it’s super old and we had to actually replace couple pieces this past summer. One day I’ll get a new one I hope but these are the absolute best and only there is. Before I got divorced and forced retired I had a new one (8years ago) and from a former Marine and retired Detective these are the best of the best!!!!!

After my post I was contacted by Marqui Smith within the hour, he checked on my part that was on backorder, he was very helpful and my cleaner was up and running in a week.
