Super frustrated with my 9450 model cleaning robot. The electric insulated cord tore, exposing the wire after 4 years and now I have to purchase another cord. I would understand if this were a cheap knock off, but Polaris is the industry standard. I habitually cleaned the robot after cleaning and never left it out for long periods of time. I would think twice before making this large a purchase again.
Maybe build a vac that doesn't constantly break and cost me ridiculous amounts for the plastic parts that will just break again
