We bought a unit in 2017 and have had to repair it every summer stating in 2018. It takes weeks to get it repaired every time. It is once again showing an error 10 and I don’t want to wait weeks to get it repaired again. After spending so much money on it I expect better.

I was walking in my neighborhood when a Polaris Pool driver drove past and incessantly started honking. Does your website mention your reputation? Is it company protocol for the drivers to honk at women walking down the street?

I just wanted to say that Polaris finally came through for me with my booster pump. It took some time,but I guess under the current circumstances,you just have to be a little more patient than usual. Thank you Corey for your great customer service.

Purchased a Polaris P40 on May 7th, two weeks later on May 22nd had to return the robot to Leslie’s Pool Supply because the wheels stopped turning. It is still NOT fixed. I have personally witnessed four employees trying to figure out this issue after waiting three weeks and a gear box FINALLY being available to replace, and still water tested it and nothing. This is an expensive machine, and my pool depends on having it to maintain balance. This is costing me more time and money trying to do what the robot can’t do while it... read more

Purchased in Oct 2017 had one issue with the tracks which was fixed under warranty and now that it is just out of warranty the motor controller went out. You can't buy just the motor controller, you have to purchase the entire motor block $379. This is ridiculous after spending more than $800 for it. (on sale) And then almost $400 2 years later. Editing to add: Polaris is now handling the situation and sending me a new robot to make things right. I appreciate the prompt handling of this very much! Bought a Polaris 9350 sport last June, well not even a year later it doesn’t work! Polaris sent me control board still doesn’t work. Polaris now says we have to send it out to be fixed! Unfortunately I’ve spent a lot of money on my recent pool cleaner. cleans the pool decently but constantly gets tangled up in its own cord. So much for an anti-tangle cord.
