The Polaris P39 is a pressure side pool cleaner that delivers unmatched power and reliability. With the most vacuum power of any Polaris pressure cleaner, the Polaris P39 supplements the pool’s filtration system by circulating an additional 40 gallons of water per minute through its filter bag to distribute clean, filtered water throughout all areas of the pool. The result is more even temperature throughout the pool, and a cleaner, clearer body of water in less time. The Polaris P39 features an all-wheel PosiDrive system wi... read more
Five Stars nice but expensive
Bad deal I’m throwing it away today actually!! It didn’t last long in real use causing broke and it’s 85 dollars for replacement so it’s going in the trash
Very Dissappointed with Performance I owned this less than a year and have had it to the repair shop twice spending money to repair and it still continued to fail. The unit would just spin in one place. Only one wheel would turn and it would stay in the same place.
don't buy this junk This thing is junk. Don't waste your money. i"d like to give it zero stars
Clean pool Always gets stuck in one spot
Worst Polaris Model we ever bought ! Trouble from week 1. This is the 3rd Polaris Pool Cleaner we have owned in the last 14 years. I will say it is not worthy of the Polaris Name. We have had trouble with it Floating - raising front wheels and running in circles from week 1. Have had two different technicians try to help with no avail. And of course after the time & money wasted with repairs the window of return had passed.. So BEWARE of this particular model. $1000.00 plus repairs wasted.
Horrible product! I bought the Polaris 3900/P39 Pressure Side Pool Cleaner from Leslie's Pool Store through Amazon, it was delivered 5-2-22, within a year it was not able to get out of the deep end of the pool 80% of the time, when it did, it constantly is getting stuck on the shallow end steps and the tail does not move back and forth. The local Leslie's Pool Store is not able to repair it, and now it is out of warranty. I'm a life long Florida resident and have used Polaris cleaners for 40 years. I am now looking to throw ... read more
Expensive and not much better than cheaper versions Anyone who has had to replace there polaris in the past year knows that these things have pretty much doubled in price in the last 3 years. I decided to upgrade to the P39 from a more entry level pressure side cleaner in hopes I would get more than one swim season of service before I have to overhaul or replace. So for $1000 I get the P39 made from largely the same materials as the entry version. With slightly beefed up wheels and a chain drive, I was hopeful that this woul... read more
Wheel and axle fell off the first day. Bag is poor design Unit broke first day sent it back. New has worked a week so far. Does not seem to do as well as the previous version. Less tail movement and harder to get it out of the deep end despite trying several positions on valve. After 3 months I am getting ready to order my third net. The new design net has weak zippers that are hard to operate and will fail quickly. The bag does not have a velcro strap to hold it up like the older model. The new design tends to drag the bott... read more
