We replaced our 15 plus yr old Polaris 380 with this new and improved model. It cleans the floor, climbs the walls, but the tail sweep sticks straight out and does not swing from side to side like it is supposed to. We've left the unit overnight to see what the problem is. They say nothing is wrong with it. Our systems seem to working fine. We took the tail restrictor off and it seemed to work better.
